OLYLIFTING

Perform 5 sets of the following complex:

1 Snatch Pull + 2 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

*Climbing Weight, start with your 60% of 1 RM Snatch and build up from there. Rest as needed between sets.

 

CONDITIONING

For time:

Alternated DB/KB Snatch 50/35

One Arm Overhead  Alternated Lunges 50/35

*Use a Kettlebell or Dumbbell.
